You are invited to participate in our Canada-wide Motorcoach Passenger Research Project

Are you frustrated with the state of motorcoach service across the country?

You are invited to participate in Transport Action’s Canada-wide Motorcoach Travel Survey and share your views, experiences, and aspirations for the future of Canada’s motorcoach network.

This study is being conducted in summer 2022 by Catherine McDonald with the supervision of the President and Board of Transport Action Canada, and with funding through the Canada Summer Jobs Program.

The research currently available concerning the factors that have led to the demise of coast to coast public transportation in Canada and how to revive it is limited, so the purpose of this research project is to hear from multiple different perspectives, including vulnerable groups, in the hope of finding solutions to remedy this situation and producing a policy report.

In this study, you will be asked to complete an electronic survey, with the option of a follow-up interview if you wish. Your participation in this study is voluntary, and the survey should take about five minutes to complete.

We need to hear from as many people as possible and a wide range of voices from across Canada, so please also share this invitation with your friends and networks using these buttons:

There are no risks associated with participating in this study and your response will be recorded anonymously unless you give us permission to use your name. The information collected in this study will benefit the transportation sector, specifically motorcoach operation. If you have any questions regarding the survey or this research project in general, please contact us. By completing and submitting this survey, you are indicating your consent to participate in the study. Your participation is appreciated.
